Membership

The Yarram Yarram Landcare Network Board, Staff and Landcare Groups would like to welcome you to our Landcare Community. We look forward to your involvement in Landcare across our region.

The Yarram Yarram Landcare Network is a vibrant bunch of individuals who work together to make a difference locally. Become part of this community by joining your local Landcare group and
  • Learn more about sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship programs (including invasive plant/animal control; remnant vegetation management; erosion control; waterway protection; biodiversity corridors and many other issues facing our environment)
  • Find out when field days, workshops and events and environmental projects are being held so you can join in
  • Receive the YYLN newsletter and other Landcare information
  • Public Liability & Personal Accident – Voluntary Workers Insurance when undertaking approved YYLN activities
  • Learn about funding opportunities to help with your Landcare projects - (refer lower section of form)

To become a member of  YYLN Landcare you have the option of either joining the YYLN Landcare direct or joining one of the YYLN subgroups.

Members of subgroups automatically become members of the YYLN Landcare. The YYLN subgroups are geographical groups within the YYLN Landcare area. These are further explained in the Welcome Pack.

Members of subgroups generally concentrate their projects within their subgroup area however they are not excluded from participating in other subgroup and YYLN Landcare activities.

In general we are all one big happy family!

There is a small fee for joining which covers liability insurance for each member when participating in Landcare activities and assists with social activities such as BBQ's, YYLN Newsletter, etc.

You can join as an individual or as a family, the cost is the same.

Further information is available in the attached Welcome Pack.

To join one of our subgroups please get in touch with subgroup contact listed in the welcome pack or on the Contacts page.

To join YYLN Landcare download the Membership Form.
