Resources

The Network  has many brochures and other printed material advising on many aspects of Landcare activities such as land protection and usage, tree planting, pest and weed control and biodiversity in general. These are available from the YYLN office.

The Network also has several resources which can be made available to members to undertake Landcare activities. Contact our staff to check availability and arrange pickup.

Direct seeder - this unit attaches to a tractor and is used for broadcasting of native plant seeds on broadacre areas.

Native plant seed - there are a wide variety of native plant seeds available from our seed bank.
                                Seed bank - refer to current listing of seeds available.

Seed sieving Unit - used for sieving quantities of seed. Allows separation of seed from twigs, leaves, etc

Hamilton tree planters - suitable for making holes when planting tube stock.

Trailer - a 5 x 9 two wheeled trailer

Smoke Machine - suitable for smoking rabbit burrows

Catering Equipment - 50l urn, cups, tables

Landcare banners - floor standing banners for indoor use only

Digital Projector and Screen - available for qualified operators at your next "show and tell"

Bollards - T-top style safety bollards

Vests - high visibility vests (yellow)

Gate Signs - Landcare gate signs indicating your group area are available to members

Tree Guards - bamboo stakes and plastic tree guards
